There are three wavelengths of Cynosure’s PicoSure laser: 532nm, 755nm, and 1064 nm, making it ideal for the treatment of pigmentary conditions. With the addition of the Focus™ Lens Array, patients can also treat hard skin conditions in addition to removing tattoos with pinpoint precision.

With PicoSure tattoo removal is an easy process. Its 755nm wavelength targets black, blue, and green tattoo inks, while the optional 532nm wavelength offers effective treatment of “sunset colours”; red, yellow, and orange, which was traditionally deemed hard to correct.

Cynosure’s focus lens array also helps to stimulate collagen and elastin production in the skin by creating microscopic, photomechanical reactions in the epidermis that communicate with the dermis.
