Our COVID-19 Safeguarding
For the safety of you our patient client and our staff we have put in place extra safeguards in addition to our normal infection control policies.
Please read the important information below about the extra controls we have put in place so that you can attend your appointment with as much safety as possible.
Important wellness screen
We will have sent you an appointment confirmation & wellness screen for you to complete before you attend the clinic.
Staggered appointments
Appointments times will be staggered to avoid patient contact at crossover.
Attend alone
Where possible patients will need to come to the clinic on their own.
Waiting room closed
Everyone attending the clinic will be asked to wait in their car until advised to enter. We also ask that you only bring very essential personal belongings into the clinic.
Social distancing
The current 2m rule will be observed throughout the clinic with the exception of the treatment room.
Hand sanitiser and facemask
Everyone entering the clinic will be required to use hand sanitiser provided and wear a facemask.
Staff training
All off our staff have completed infection control courses and our COVID response protocols. They have also been trained in the correct use of PPE.
Clean Air
Air in the treatment rooms will be cleaned through an advanced plasma filtration system that removes >99% of virus and bacteria in the air for the safety of both patient and staff.
Extensive cleaning protocols
We already have a high standards of infection control and cleaning. But we have put in place additional measures to keep everything sanitised.
Payments
If a payment is required for your treatment, we will ask for this to be paid in advance on booking your appointment. In clinic purchases can be made using Apple or Google pay from your phone.
