Double Chin
Often associated with weight gain or obesity, a double chin occurs when an additional layer of fat forms beneath the chin, breeding a significant loss of confidence and becoming potentially harmful to our self-image.
It’s important to remember, however, that the emergence of a double chin is not solely attributable to your weight. Although this is a contributing factor, many other things can have a bearing on the formation of this extra bit of fat. These include the natural process of ageing, genetic disposition and being someone who has poor posture.
